Our primary aim at Center for Spiritual Living Carson City is to provide tools for people to live happy and successful lives. Services on Sundays are only part of what we do. We also do workshops, classes (both accredited and non accredited) and ongoing study groups. Although what we are currently offering is listed in the side bar to the right, I thought you might like to have a look see at everything. Something might interest you, if so, come and join us!
These are the ongoing events

And here are the workshops:
March 26 from 9 am to noon: join Maggie Wattle, RScP for “Resurrection as a Spiritual Practice.” This 3 hour experiential workshop will focus on meditation, compassionate communication and 36 spiritual practices to use in your daily life, making the promise of Easter and the power of Resurrection more than just a day but a way of life. $25
March 31: from 6 to 9 pm, Join Rev. Karen as she brings her “on the road” and very popular workshop home: from “Limitation to Infinity.” Working through fear to forgiveness as a bridge to an unlimited way of living. $25
April 2 from 10 am to 4 pm: join Rev. Karen as she co-leads a workshop called “From ICK to joy!” This workshop will be held at Equinimity in Washoe Valley and is co-facilitated Barbara Richmond Chastain, PATH registered Instructor. Featuring wonderful and gentle Halflinger horses Meg and Buttercup, this workshop will allow you to move from fear to love to eliminate the ICK from your life. You need not be a horse person to particpate. Cost is $140, or bring a friend and the cost is $195 for two! That is a significant savings so grab a partner and come join us! Contact Rev. Karen to register and for more information.
For the month of March we will be taking a deep dive into the power of Mind, and the power of our minds.
I’m so excited to be talking on this deep and wonderful topic on Sundays in March. The first Sunday will be about that indwelling presence, a God that is personal to all of us. The second Sunday is all about the creative power of our thoughts. The third Sunday examines one of our core beliefs: “We Believe in Control of Conditions through the Power of this Mind.” Indeed. This might be the most controversial topic of them all. And yet, Ernest Holmes said it, and as an organization, we’ve adopted it. So let’s explore and see how this could be true for us. The last Sunday of March features one of my favorite topics: empowerment, and taking that personal empowerment even further to be able to do our part to create a world that works for everyone.
Won’t you join us?
